๐ Service Schedule
Residential services are scheduled based on seasonal growth:
Full-Time
April โ September: Weekly service
October โ March: Biweekly service
Total Annual Visits: 38 services per year
Part-Time
Year Round
Total Annual visits: 26 services per year
Services are performed on a route-based schedule, not specific appointment times. Service days may vary due to weather, routing, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
๐ฒ Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service
A 2-day grace period is provided
A $10 late fee applies after the grace period
Unpaid balances may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Loss of scheduled route position
Accounts with repeated late payments may be required to:
Prepay for services, or
Maintain a valid card on file
Declined, failed, or returned payments may result in additional fees and immediate service suspension.
๐งพ Billing & Collections
Invoices are issued upon completion of service
Unpaid balances may:
Accrue additional fees
Be sent to collections
Customer agrees to cover any reasonable collection costs, fees, or expenses incurred.
๐ซ Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24โ48 hoursโ notice is required to cancel or skip service
Cancellation requests must be confirmed by our office
If proper notice is not given and service is completed:
The service is fully billable
๐ง๏ธ Weather & Service Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to weather or ground conditions
If conditions allow, partial service may be completed and will count as a visit
If mowing is not needed at time of visit, service resumes at next scheduled visit
๐ฟ Scope of Services
Standard lawn maintenance includes:
Mowing
String trimming (weed eating)
Edging
Blowing off hard surfaces
Additionally:
Shrub and hedge trimming performed as needed (typically 4 times per year at our discretion)
โ ๏ธ Exclusions
The following services are not included unless quoted separately:
Lawn weed control & fertilization
Pest control
Irrigation repair or maintenance
Tree trimming or removal
Landscape enhancements (mulch, installs, cleanups, etc.)
Or any other service not explicitly stated in your estimate/invoice
๐ฑ Overgrown Property Policy
Lawns that are excessively overgrown, neglected, or outside normal maintenance conditions may require:
Additional time
Specialized equipment
Multiple service passes
Additional charges will apply as needed.
๐ช Property Access & Service Attempts
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Property access is available
Gates are unlocked
Pets are secured
Yard is clear of obstacles
If service cannot be completed due to:
Locked gates
Loose pets
Obstructions
Unsafe conditions
A service fee or trip charge may be applied.
โ ๏ธ Property Conditions & Damage
Lawn Service Near Me LLC is not responsible for:
Damage to unmarked or hidden items (sprinklers, wiring, lighting, invisible fences, etc.)
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear or minor debris displacement during service
Customers must clearly mark or disclose hazards prior to service.
We reserve the right to photograph property conditions before and after service.
All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
๐ Limitation of Liability
Liability for any claim is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.
Under no circumstances shall Lawn Service Near Me LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
๐ Pricing Adjustments
Pricing may be adjusted with notice due to:
Fuel cost increases
Property condition changes
Service frequency changes
Market or operational cost increases
โ Service Suspension
Accounts with unpaid balances may be placed on hold without notice.
While on hold:
Service may be discontinued
Your route position may be permanently reassigned
Reinstatement is not guaranteed.

Lawn color
Weed elimination
Specific aesthetic results
Results depend on:
Weather conditions
Irrigation practices
Soil and property conditions
๐ก HOA & Property Compliance
Customer is responsible for ensuring the property complies with HOA rules, community guidelines, and local regulations.
We are not responsible for violations or fines.
๐ Routing & Scheduling
All services are scheduled based on route efficiency.
Specific service days or times are not guaranteed and may vary.
๐ซ Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Lawn Service Near Me LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any time due to:
Unsafe property conditions
Non-payment or repeated late payments
Harassment, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions
๐ช๏ธ Uncontrollable Events (Force Majeure)
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Equipment failure
Illness or emergencies
Service will resume when conditions allow.
